Returns

• If you received an item that is damaged, please contact hello@shop-ohhi.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item.

• If for any other reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed & in its original condition. Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods.

• The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Ship items back using a secure method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

• All items during our sales periods and any marked-down items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

To begin your Return Request, email hello@shop-ohhi.com with SUBJECT LINE: RETURN: ORDER ###### & include a copy of your email receipt.

You will receive the RETURN AUTHORIZATION & INSTRUCTIONS.

No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
